Cancellation Information
Notice of cancellation must be at least 48 hours in advance please.
Late attendance will result in a reduced session.
When you cancel your Hypnotherapy appointment you go to the end of the list.
You will be charged for the missed appointment and a €50 deposit is required to re-book your next appointment.
If a second cancellation is received you forfeit your deposit and will not receive another appointment.
From time to time people are not able to keep to their appointments. If this happens then all one needs to do is to phone and cancel the appointment that was booked for you. Please have the respect and decency to phone and cancel.
Out of common courtesy therefore cancellation must be made by phone or in person. Cancellation by any other method e.g. text message or email will not be accepted. Please call me personally if you need to cancel. If I am unable to answer please leave a message on the answering service and I will return your call at the earliest convenience.
Please respect appointment times they are of great value. It takes considerable time to prepare individual sessions.
I respectfully request punctuality. All fees must be paid in full on the day.
